Shipping Services: All packages will be prioritized for shipping using UPS/DHL standard delivery. In the event that these services are unavailable, alternative express courier services will be utilized.
Tracking: Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment. Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking numbers on the UPS/DHL official websites.
Shipping Range: We offer free shipping for orders over 139 € to Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Italy, France, and the Czech Republic. Appropriate postage charges will apply to other EU countries. Shipping Timeframe: All orders will be dispatched within 3 business days. Orders within Europe are expected to be delivered to customers within 6-15 working days, barring unforeseen delays such as holidays or weather-related issues.
Taxation: Shipments to Germany and Switzerland are tax-exempt. For other EU countries, customers are responsible for covering any applicable taxes as per local tax regulations. Lost or Damaged Packages: In the event that a customer does not receive their package within the specified timeframe, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We will respond within 24 hours and assist in tracking your package.
